Everyone I had contact with at this company was excellent. From Kay and Cindy in the office to Erick in the truck, everyone was helpful, courteous and worked to make sure I understood everything up front. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Hello All! Normally I wouldn't leave a review until services complete BUT so far Everyone at Plymouth San Diego has been so professional so kind so patient I HAVE to say something!
I almost got sucked into some broker thing but decided to shop at last minute- that's when I met KAY in the front office- she taught me so much about how to confirm a company's legitimacy by going on to a national web site and researching lic numbers and fleet size . She also explained to me the practice of companies demanding large amounts up front - anyhow that was Great- Thank You Kay....CINDY the office manager took so much care and time to allay any concerns I had - with all the cyber scamming right now - she addressed all my questions- so polite and understanding-  Thank You Cindy! ADAM and CINDY working with me to explain how they estimate  - what's fair pricing - how things work- all so so calm and careful... Thank You Adam! On top of that... Foreman Erick and his team Oscar and Ray blew my MIND- I have had 6 cross country military /govt moves and I have never witnessed or received such thoughtful thorough care ... once at storage facility they communicated about every detail  with a smile and attention...they let me know  if something was damaged before they even touched it - explaining inventory process - prepping and wrapping all my things -AMAZING and all so so fast and focused - BUY THESE GUYS LUNCH they deserve it because they don't stop-

Plymouth Van Lines Review

There is something noteworthy to be said about a company that takes the initiative to just do what is right because it’s the right thing to do. This was our experience with Plymouth Van Lines.

We hired a moving company to move our personal belongings over a $1500 mile journey. We went through a broker who used a terrible company with horrible reviews. They broke and damaged a lot of our stuff. Somehow, a customer of Plymouth Van lines, ended up with our file cabinet, which contained our personal information. That customer contacted Plymouth and their representative, Cindi O’Connor, contacted me out of the blue to notify me. She then coordinated the pick up and delivery of our files. Not only that but Plymouth offered to cover the expense!

They didn’t have to do this. I wasn’t their customer. They could have just asked their customer to dispose of our files and not said anything to us. They wouldn’t have been wrong to do this but they took it upon themselves to help us just because it was the right thing to do.

There’s a lot of deceit in the moving industry but Plymouth Van Lines proved that there are still great and honest people out there who work for great and honest companies. My family and I recently moved from San Diego to Illinois. I have a newborn babygirl and was super stressed with having to pack and get all of our belongings across the country! I spoke with Cindi and she eased my mind and actually helped me find transportation for my car and even had  a young gentleman Allen gave me a free estimate. I was able to call her with all my questions and she was super nice and helpful! The team came on time and Jonathan was super nice and helpful! I didn’t have to move a finger and was able to just be with my daughter. I’m so appreciative of Plymouth Vanlines and will forever be happy and grateful for this company!! I moved from California to New Orleans, their packing was excellent, my household goods arrived ahead of the expected time ( A very good thing).
